Our latest edition to the LEGACY line is our classic wide strap. It is our widest strap to date and made with the same high quality leather from the Horween Tannery. Meticulously hand stitched using the traditional saddle stitching technique with weather treated bonded nylon tiger thread for incredible durability and strength. It is ideal for light to heavy dslr/lens combos, but will also beautifully compliment your Fujifilm X series or Leica cameras.  Each one is hand cut from premium sides of Bourbon, Brown and Bourbon Horween Chromexcel leather using a very durable 6 oz thickness. This accounts for just the right balance between flexibility and strength and will ensure the utmost protection for your camera body both in use and when stowed for transport in camera bags.  

This wide option is ideal for wrapping around the arm easily without sacrificing comfort, for a more minimal look and feel. Because of the width and thickness, a neck pad is not needed.  They can help distribute weight without the use of a neck pad on lighter to medium sized cameras. ***Bourbon x Crimson thread shown in main photos, Brown x Crimson in last two photos***

Chromexcel is characterized by a rich pull-up in full aniline, hand rubbed finishes.  Made to this day with old world craftsmanship, modern Chromexcel carries on a long history of superior comfort and durability. Chromexcel is still produced here in the United States using a bark retannage from a proprietary recipe and then genuine hot stuffed with a secret blend of natural oils and greases.
